Thanks for a great site, lots of information and wonderful memories of madrasa, especially the article about Ramadan in Nairobi. Shaykh Gathiaka was a wonderful imam.

Yes, we do remember Shaykh Ramadani Gathiaka, especially in the month of Ramadan, since he used to do dars from the kitab Tabaraka Dhu’l ‘Ula in the Jami’ Masjid in Nairobi after Salat at-Tarawih. May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala give him a high place in Jannah, Amin.
